Eva Solo is the youthful and innovative branch of the Eva Denmark A/S design and manufacturing company. Eva solo is an attempt to combine the experience of Eva Denmark's significant design history with a more contemporary and accessible sensibility that is aimed at a broader market. Today Eva Solo produces a collection of dozens of products bearing an understated (often chrome, glass, and black plastic) design that blends form and function in unique and affordable ways.

Brand History

Eva Denmark A/S was founded in Denmark in 1913 and has been a significant presence in Danish design since the 1940s. With a broad goal of challenging traditional understanding of what design is, Eva Denmark A/S has developed and manufactured a variety of household products in conjunction with many of Denmark's most prestigious designers.

Today, Eva Denmark A/S is the parent corporation to three individual design companies: Eva, Eva-Trio, and Eva Solo. The latter company was launched in 1997, based in the goal of creating both the ultimate combination of appearance and functionality and products conceived within their own unique universes. Considered the more youthful and daring branch of Eva Denmark A/S, Eva Solo is referred to, within the company, as the corporation's trend-setter. The brand's core values are simplicity, innovation, beauty, and usability.

The Eva Solo product collection is designed by Tools Design, a two-man Danish design studio made up of Henrik Holbaek and Claus Jensen.
